We work at the intersection of people, creativity, organizations, and movements because meaningful transformation rarely happens in isolation. When people change, what they create, build, lead, and imagine changes too.

How we arrive matters.

We are interested in building without unnecessarily fragmenting the people, relationships, identities, communities, and values that make the work worth doing in the first place. Wholeness asks us to consider not only what becomes possible, but the conditions under which we become.
On Love & Wholeness
We believe love and wholeness belong together without meaning exactly the same thing.
Love asks how we hold and regard one another.
Wholeness asks what must be protected, restored, integrated, or made possible for people and communities to fully belong to themselves and one another.

And both eventually ask something of our structures. Because values become meaningful when they shape how we actually live.

MEET MARSHEDA PATRICE
Writer. Strategist. Educator. Attorney. Creative. Movement Practitioner.
​​Marsheda Patrice Ewulomi, Esq. has spent her career—and much of her life—at intersections.
​
Between story and systems. Creativity and strategy. People and policy. Individual transformation and collective change.
​
As a Black woman, attorney, writer, educator, strategist, and movement practitioner, Marsheda Patrice has learned to move between worlds too often treated as separate—and to recognize what becomes possible when we bring them together.
​
An Illinois-licensed attorney, she earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in English, with a minor in AfroAmerican and African Studies, from the University of Michigan. Her career spans more than a decade across education, public-interest law, policy advocacy, organizing, leadership, and organizational strategy—from teaching and curriculum design to legal advocacy, coalition building, statewide organizing, and leading teams.

Across those experiences, Marsheda Patrice kept encountering the same truth: systems matter, and so do the people trying to live, lead, heal, imagine, and become within them.
​
That understanding shaped Ewulomi Works—a creative and learning company that brings together story, strategy, reflection, education, creativity, and community to create stories, tools, and experiences for becoming.
